Kids Programs

PTL kids classes are every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The 1 hour classes are geared towards interactive and athletic training for kids with special focus on building strength, speed & balance, nutrition, and FUN! The Kids Athletic Training Program is open to all children between the ages of 5-17

Arakel Whiteley is a knowledgeable youth fitness coordinator with an in-depth focus on health and fitness for youth. He has over 15 years of experience creating fun and flexible training programs, including his involvement working in education as a Child & Youth worker. His passion for youth fitness coupled with his easy going personality is what makes him a much loved trainer amongst the kids.
