The Power of Habits

The Power of HabitsWhen looking to make a change in your life, you need to recognize that you must change the things surrounding your life. I have worked with thousands of people to improve their health and fitness and most of them had success with getting to their ultimate result. The secret behind their success was learning how to have a broader awareness of their inner and outer surroundings (Think Right). All success is a result of observing your external environment and internal thoughts, then making the correct choices. There can be external and internal factors that can push us forward or hold us back. The key is to figure out what limiting factors you need to remove, that can be either people or thoughts, and enhance the people and thinking that push us forward.

Here is a simple list of a few easy habits that can push you forward:

  • Listen to or read self improvement tutorial and books by credible speakers (Dm me for a list)
  • Focus on positive thoughts
  • Pray and meditate
  • Deep breathing from your diaphragm (Dm me for link)
  • Focus on what you want in life
  • Write your goals down – don’t share with anybody. These are for you only!
  • Exercise 2-6 days a week for 30 to 60 min
  • Drink filtered water (Kangen water is best)
  • Eat only organic food
  • Be around positive people (people who only say encouraging things and give you good advice)
  • Get good sleep (can’t sleep – Dm me for sleep hacks)
  • Set aside 10 minutes to 3 hours a week to goal set/plan your week and life

Do all, some or one of these habits and you will see yourself move closer to your goal and find more fulfilment in your life.
