The subscriber agrees to be billed the agreed subscription amount each month until he or she has chosen to cancel their subscription. The monthly subscription fee will be withdrawn on the same day the account was initially billed. Your subscription will be billed once per month for the agreed subscription amount until you notify our team that you would like to discontinue your subscription.

We provide email links on our contact page that allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We may receive a confirmation when you open any e-mail that we send to you, if your computer supports such capabilities. If you send us any email, we will retain such email and your email address for response.
RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY
IN CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of my application and the permission to participate as a trainee of PROTRAINERLIVE.COM. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE PROTRAINERLIVE.COM AND MICHAEL WHITELEY and all other associations, and sponsoring companies, and all their respective affiliates, servants, contractors, representatives, successors and assigns OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation as a trainee or spectator in the PROTRAINERLIVE.COM broadcast during or subsequent to the broadcast AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid.
I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE to HOLD AND SAVE HARMLESS AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation in the said PROTRAINERLIVE.COM broadcasts.
I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED to the above
WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY. I WARRANT that I have consulted my Physician and am physically fit to participate in this fitness broadcast.
Please note, International orders are non-refundable and not returnable. Due to customs fees and other restrictions, our return policy does not apply to orders shipped outside of Canada.
We maintain a 14-day return/exchange policy on all unopened, sealed or unused products purchased on location, returned in new. Purchases made online may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 7 days of receiving the item(s). All products for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Shipping costs associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility.
If you would like to return a product, an order, or have an order discrepancy please ship it to our Pro Trainer Series Customer Service Centre. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, however we will gladly refund your original shipping cost to you if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (wrong product, wrong flavor, etc). If you are shipping a product back to our company due to our error and require a new product sent back to you, we will also pay for these additional shipping charges. Please contact our Pro Trainer Series Customer Service Centre by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve sending back your return.
Once your return is received and inspected by Customer Service, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g., credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Any cash refunds will be refunded with a cheque being issued and mailed from our corporate location. Credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. The refund will include the cost of the product and applicable sales tax, but not the shipping and handling costs.
