Strength and Endurance Formula

INGREDIENTS, CONTENTS per ml, SPECIFIC FUNCTION:
Panax ginseng quinquifolium, 35 mg, Increases efficiency of mental and physical work, invigorates the body, fights the effects of stress and is the most energy giving herb known
Astragalus, 25 mg, Restores CHI energy and stimulates the immune system to fight stress
Siberian Ginseng, 20 mg, Increases alertness, stamina and endurance
Codonopsis pilosule, 15 mg, Increases stamina, strength and acts as an adaptogen
Ashwagandha, 10 mg, An adaptogenic Ayurvedic herb which works synergistically to enhance the restorative effects of astragulus

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Natural apple concentrate, water, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, citric acid.

Recommended use: For strength and endurance during strenuous activity, athletic events, or regular workout.

Suggested dose for adults: Begin with a loading dose of 30 ml (2 tablespoons) daily for 1 week then 15 ml daily or as often as required. Take 30 ml 1 hour before each athletic event or workout.
