This product is a 1:1 extract (120 g per 120 ml) of Valerian in a 120 ml base of 20% ethanol and 80% distilled water.

Indications: Clinical studies have shown that Valerian shortens the time it takes to fall asleep and improves the quality of sleep.

Suggested dose for adults: Take 1 teaspoon 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your health care practitioner. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.

Caution: If pregnant or breastfeeding consult your health care practitioner prior to use.

Valerian is manufactured under strict GMP standards. It does not contain artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives, chemical additives, wheat, yeast or animal derivatives.
